4.1 Availability of paid purchases

4.1.1 Real-money purchases are currently inactive. The following terms describe paid features when offered. The specific price, validity and delivery arrangements will be provided before purchase.

4.2.1 Before purchase, we show the ducat quantity or specific service, the final price in euros including applicable taxes, its purpose, delivery time and validity. Services offered for purchased ducats also show an understandable monetary value. The payment action clearly indicates an obligation to pay.
4.2.2 Ducats are intended for game features. They are not a promise to pay money for progress, victories or time spent playing. Use and validity limits, including links to a world or account, are provided before purchase. The order and applicable terms are confirmed in a form you can retain.

4.3.1 Payments for properly supplied paid content or services are not refunded solely because a player changes their mind, is unhappy with game results or stops playing. This does not limit mandatory statutory consumer rights, including lawful withdrawal and remedies for content or services not supplied or not conforming to requirements.

4.4.1 If an exception to the right of withdrawal applies to a particular digital content purchase, we obtain a separate express request to start supply and an acknowledgement of losing that right before supply begins. These actions and terms are confirmed in a form you can retain. General acceptance of rules or merely crediting ducats does not by itself remove all consumer rights. Conditions for ongoing services and digital content depend on the actual product.

4.5.1 Losing in the game is not in itself a defect in a paid service. The effect of a world ending, account deletion or blocking on purchased features is specified before purchase. These events do not automatically remove mandatory consumer rights. The validity and use of remaining ducats are set out in the particular offer; this text does not change existing world or account operation rules.

4.6.1 Payment questions must be submitted to the contact email on this page with the order number and world. Passwords, full card details and bank sign-in information must not be sent. Payment complaints are handled as described in the terms of use.
