Registration, service availability and player rights.
2.1 The game and its worlds
2.1.1Tyrians is a browser strategy game. The main game is free; optional paid features are clearly identified before purchase. These terms govern use of the service and do not change battle, trading, construction or other game mechanics described in the help pages.
2.1.2An account and its progress belong to the selected world. World settings, start and, where determined, end are shown in the game. When a world ends, play in that world closes and results may be listed in the winners’ hall of fame. The effect, duration and validity of a purchase in a particular world are specified before purchase.
2.2 Registration and account security
2.2.1Registration constitutes acceptance of the terms of use and game rules. Privacy and cookie information explains data processing; providing that information is not blanket consent to any use of data.
2.2.2Sign-in credentials must be protected, and suspected account takeover must be reported to the administration. Account recovery or data disclosure may require proportionate verification of the right to control the account. Passwords are not requested by email.
2.3 Minors
2.3.1No additional general minimum age for playing is set. Registration and purchases by minors are subject to applicable rules on their legal capacity. Where parental or guardian consent or representation is required, it must be obtained before the action. Accepting these terms does not replace that requirement. Separate conditions for children’s data processing are described in the privacy section.
2.4 Service availability
2.4.1The game may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or faults. Planned significant changes will be announced in the game. Uninterrupted availability or a particular game result is not promised; mandatory rights concerning paid content or services remain unaffected.
2.5 Changes to the terms
2.5.1When changing these terms, we will publish the new version, explain the main changes and state their effective date. Where separate acceptance or another statutory procedure is required, that procedure will be followed. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be removed by simply updating terms or treating a player’s silence as agreement.
2.6 Closing an account
2.6.1Account deletion can be initiated in profile settings; the existing game procedure provides a seven-day cancellation period. Personal data rights requests may be sent separately to the contact email on this page. The game procedure does not replace handling a GDPR request or remove mandatory rights.
2.6.2An account may be restricted for breaches of the game rules. Rights arising from a lawfully purchased paid service are considered separately under its terms and applicable law.
2.7 Questions and disputes
2.7.1Questions and complaints must be submitted to the contact email on this page. Written consumer complaints are answered as required by law, generally within 14 days. If a consumer dispute remains unresolved, the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or the Consumer Rights Information System may be contacted. The right to go to court remains unaffected.
